CMT is serving as Owner’s Representative for the design, construction, and development of a new 70-acre sports park with multiple lighted multi-purpose full synthetic turf fields to be utilized for baseball, softball, football, and soccer. The complex also includes a multi-purpose 190,000-square-foot indoor sports dome which will house two full-sized softball fields and six basketball / 12 volleyball courts. Other amenities include a fully ADA-compliant synthetic turf field, playgrounds, concessions, retail areas, and vendor / tenant improvements.

On behalf of the client, CMT oversees the contracts of multiple design teams and contractors while coordinating with numerous stakeholders on the project. CMT is also coordinating permits and utilities as well as facilitating the distribution of project funds between this public-private partnership to meet a fast-paced schedule for completion in March 2026.
