The old Montgomery County Fairgrounds, a cornerstone in downtown Dayton, was replaced with a new 240-acre site. CMT designed a 40,000 SF building, completed in just two months. The project included site civil, roadway, and utility design, along with water distribution. Weekly coordination and a GIS interface ensured the project was finished on time for the annual fair.
