The City of St. Louis has partnered with CMT to develop its first Citywide Transportation and Mobility Plan (TMP) in decades. Through this plan, CMT aims to create a unified transportation strategy that prioritizes safety, accessibility, long-term maintenance, and neighborhood vibrancy. The team’s multifaceted approach includes a robust and accessible community engagement and outreach program, safety action plan, policy and ordinance review, and a street design framework that prioritizes people and community. The team’s strong community ties as well as their extensive experience in mobility planning, policy, projects, mapping, and engineering were key factors for choosing CMT. The TMP is expected to be adopted as part of the City’s Comprehensive Plan in 2025.
